Exagon Sense - Advanced Biofeedback

The Exagon Sense tracks your HRV (Heart Rate Variability) AND SpO2, or Oxygen Saturation levels.

It employs Heart Rate Variability (HRV) as a biofeedback mechanism, allowing the intensity of the PEMF signal to automatically adjust. This essentially puts the Prime Exagon mat in autopilot mode, as it dynamically modifies the PEMF signal's intensity based on the body's needs.

Utilizing the Exagon Sense biofeedback technology in tandem with iMRS Prime applications can enhance your personal HRV over time by promoting homeostasis within the body.

Note: HRV measures the variation in time between each heartbeat, known as inter-beat intervals (IBIs), not your heart rate itself. HRV is an indicator of the individual's central nervous system health and their capacity to manage and adapt to stress. Studies indicate HRV is a critical biomarker of overall health.

Kubios HRV Software

The iMRS Prime uses Kubios HRV software, a leading solution for heart rate variability analysis in both scientific research and professional settings. After each session, the new Exagon Sense will present a detailed graph and analysis of your HRV, allowing you to track improvements over time.

Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) Measurement
Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) indicates the percentage of oxygen in the blood, with normal levels typically between 95% and 100%. Levels below normal, known as hypoxemia, are generally a cause for concern.

Using the iMRS Prime can increase Oxygen Saturation by 2-3% after just a 10-minute session.

Kubios HRV Standard

This free software is designed for non-commercial personal use and:

  • Is compatible with RR data from heart rate monitors (Polar, Suunto, Garmin).
  • Calculates widely used HRV metrics across time, frequency, and nonlinear domains.
  • Allows exporting analysis results in CSV and PDF formats.
  • The analysis reflects changes in cardiac autonomic regulation, useful for assessing stress and recovery levels.
